What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use the highly rated Kirkland detergent, but you can upgrade to a different detergent for a small fee.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from each other.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clothes will be ready for pick up in 24 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We offer our pickup and delivery services everyday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned to you in 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 15 pound minimum.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Our pickup and delivery service is only $1.50 a pound if you sign up for weekly or biweekly service. It is $1.75 a pound if you only use our service from time to time.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, you don't. Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. When you place your order, there is a place where you can let us know if you have any special requests.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. We know that you will continue with our service as long as we continue to provide exceptional service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We ask for a credit or debit card when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a closable trash bag.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can go into your account and suspend your service until you return from your vacation.
